– Work those toes : Stay. Sit right where you are and start tapping those toes on the floor underneath. While you are at it, increase the pace and kick it up a few notches until you feel your glutes asking you to stop. Now that is a cardio session right there.
– Raise those legs: While being seated, raise your leg up and straighten it. Hold it in the air for a few seconds and then lower it towards the ground. Make sure you do not touch the ground. Hold it there for a few seconds more and then again raise the leg. You can then change to the other leg or even try it out on both the legs at once for that matter. Legs, check.
– Butt squeeze: An exercise that won’t ask you to lift or bend or anything of that sort. It is exactly what it sounds like. Sit and squeeze your butt together and once you are there, hold it for a few seconds and then let it go. You can do this till you tire your gluts out.
– Water Dumbells: No, it is not as fun as playing with water balloons. Grab that water bottle of yours and start curling your arms as if you are playing with weights at the gym. You can do around 15 reps with each hand and then change. Mind you, not an empty water bottle. Yes, you can be smart enough. In fact, if you do not have one at disposal, grab anything heavy and do the same.
